Allow changing Java Runtime with JAVA_HOME environment variable.
Support Java 8 libjli location (`lib/jli` instead of `lib`).

- Fallback to default control if custom control data size is over 100kb.
- Implemented dynamic position.
- Renamed folder from `customcontrols` to `controlmap` to match
Android.
