What's new?
- Settings are now categorized
- Re-designed Game Directory manager
- Moved help detail to subtitles, toggleable
- Some settings are now made accessible ingame
- Added Auto Renderer

Removed settings:
- Restart before launching: not needed anymore, also it would break JIT/debugger.

Duy Tran Khanh d42d4e963e Allow changing resolution while in game (1.13+) 
For now, this only works properly on Minecraft 1.13+. Older version
doesn't seem to get the new resolution (will be fixed later)

Additional changes:
- Make ingame settings background transparent
- Set prefersHomeIndicatorAutoHidden to YES
